We embarked on a journey with Gugenio, a manufacturer of children's shoes, in 2022. We helped them enter the Czech market and pave their way to success.

We work with mums and their children who really like the products - and are happy to recommend them to others. In doing so, they help us spread the word in their communities and show the shoes as they are really used. Walking around the playground or at home in the living room.

We shortened the wait for new shoes

Shoes used to be made only to order. However, if there were several at once, it often caused production overload, leading to longer delivery times and customer dissatisfaction.

Therefore, we recommended the creation of a warehouse inventory, which increased the customer experience. Everything started to click and the positive reviews didn't take long to come in.

We've added a little something for a better mood

Gugenio wants to be not only a supplier for children and parents, but also a partner, a friend. To bring smiles and pleasant experiences together with the shoes. That's why we came up with the idea to make the joy and enthusiasm of their customers even more supportive with the small gifts they find in their order. We have prepared beautiful colouring books or balloons for them.
