1. How do you measure campaign success and which KPIs do you track?

Measuring campaign success and choosing KPIs always depends on the goals and campaign type. Still, there are key practices and metrics we apply across most projects:

Platform-level tracking: On PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), we monitor metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and clicks. These let us fine-tune campaigns on the go.

Website-level tracking: We analyze user behavior through metrics like number of conversions, conversion value, average order value, number of events (e.g., button clicks), pageviews, or time on page – typically with Google Analytics.

Business impact tracking: We examine real outcomes in CRM or ERP systems, such as net revenue, number of closed deals, qualified leads, or margin.

2. How often do you optimize campaigns?

It always depends on the size and goals of the client and the campaign. Some campaigns we optimize daily – even multiple times a day. Others just once a week.

3. Do you also prepare graphic banners and ad copy?

How does the audit work with us?

First, the technical part: we review your conversion tracking setup and the connection of accounts and tags in GTM to make sure everything runs correctly.

Then we take a look at campaign structure and account setup. We assess keywords, targeting, and creative used.

Finally, we move on to performance audit and strategy. We analyze your metrics, audiences, and remarketing, evaluate the strategy, and recommend concrete steps to make everything run even better.

5. Do you also run RTB campaigns? How are they different from PPC?

Absolutely. We handle both PPC and RTB – depending on what fits your business best.

The main difference lies in campaign goals and how ad space is purchased.

With PPC, it’s primarily about direct conversions – purchases, inquiries, registrations… You pay per click (CPC), and ads are shown in precisely defined networks (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) to users actively searching for similar products or services.

With RTB, it’s more about brand awareness. You typically pay per thousand impressions (CPM). It targets a broad but well-defined audience and uses remarketing. Users aren’t actively searching for the product, but the ads keep you top of mind.
